On behalf of the Faculty of Military Pharmacy, the Republic of Indonesia Defense University, I would like to welcome you to the 4th  International Conference on Pharmaceutical Sciences and Military Pharmacy (ICOPMAP) in conjuction with the 2024 Pharmaceutical Education and Research Leadership Summit (PEaRLS). This conference is scheduled on September 6th – 7th, 2024, with the theme “Strengthening Pharmaceutical Education through Pharmaceutical Sciences and Leadership“. This collaboration is organized by the Faculty of Military Pharmacy, the Republic of Indonesia Defense University, in partnership with the School of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM).

ICOPMAP serves as a dedicated platform for scientific conferences focusing on pharmaceutical sciences and military pharmacy, while PEaRLS, a prestigious meeting, explores various aspects of pharmaceutical sciences, particularly in the fields of education and research leadership. The collaboration between ICOPMAP and PEaRLS reflects our commitment to the development of pharmaceutical sciences, military pharmacy, pharmacy education, and leadership.

The 4th ICOPMAP in conjunction with the 2024 PEaRLS is supported by distinguished speakers from other leading universities overseas and the pharmaceutical industries. This conference offers a unique opportunity for participants to interact with experts, academics, and professional practitioners from diverse backgrounds, facilitating comprehensive scientific exploration of current trends, opportunities, challenges, and innovations. The conference also aims to establish collaborative cooperation with scholars and practitioners from around the world.

We will divide the topics into seven groups: Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Biology, Pharmaceutical Technology, Pharmacology and Toxicology, Clinical Pharmacy, Military Pharmacy, as well as Pharmacy Education. We invite all military pharmacy practitioners, industrial pharmacists, community and hospital pharmacists, lecturers, pharmacy students, and researchers to be presenters and participants in this conference. We will facilitate the presenters who would publish their findings. We have collaborative agreement with FIP Pharmacy Education Journal (Scopus-indexed Q3).

I sincerely hope you will join us in this exciting conference and make great strides in our collaboration to strengthen pharmaceutical education through pharmaceutical sciences and leadership.

Look forward to meet you all soon.
